Why We Built This Site
Tennessee provides routes to public court information, but Union County does not have one search that covers every trial court. The local online system covers Circuit and General Sessions civil and criminal combinations. Chancery work goes through the Clerk and Master, and Juvenile Court applies separate confidentiality rules. Tennessee Public Case History covers appeals rather than local trial cases. We arrange those boundaries, official contacts, case-number tips, calendar limits, and copy-request steps in one place.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Tennessee court, clerk, or government agency. Its limits are firm:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk that maintains the file can provide an official or certified court record. This site can identify that office, but it cannot issue the document.
